Host Natascha Grotjohann counts all the employees at the Bösehof as part of her family. Natascha is personally on-site, but decisions are always made as a team. You will be responsible for cleaning in the hotel and swimming pool areas.
- Working hours: 7:00 am to approximately 3:30 pm
- Full-time or part-time
- 4-5 days a week including weekends
- Compensation to be negotiated
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintenance of rooms, suites, floor seating areas, corridors, stairs, windows, elevators, conference rooms
- Tidying and maintenance of the floor office cabinet for cleaning equipment and supplies
- Cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of all cleaning equipment (including washing machine and dryer)
- Proper storage of laundry
- Cleaning of the swimming pool and guest toilets
- Care of green plants in the hotel
- Preparation of laundry for the laundry service, folding of terry cloth
- Assistance in the dishwashing area
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German
- Neat appearance
- Good manners
Chefs perform all the craft and planning tasks involved in preparing dishes and menus. In addition, they also create new dishes and advise guests. The duration of the apprenticeship is three years.

After successfully passing the hospitality industry examination, it is possible to continue training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist.
Hotel specialists are familiar with all hotel departments, especially accounting and human resources. They manage and control various commercial processes in the hotel organization. The apprenticeship lasts three years.

After successfully passing the hotel management examination, further training to become a hotel business administrator, hotel manager or hotel director is possible.
