Even holiday relationships work best when everyone knows what to expect. That is why we prefer to be open rather than rely on hidden clauses. Here you will find the most important information about your holiday in a short and easy-to-understand format.
Our breakfast is always included. 3-course dinner per person/day 33.0 (3-course kids 6-10 years 17.0 and 3-course teens 10-14 years 20.0), 4-course or 6-course bookable, various wine accompaniments.
Restaurant HEINRICHS is open Monday to Thursday from 2 pm to 5.30 pm (small menu), and Friday to Sunday and on public holidays from 12 pm to 2 pm (large menu). Also daily from 5.30 pm with the large menu. We ask external guests to reserve a table by calling 04745-9480 or online. Hotel guests can also dine à la carte in the restaurant.
Yes, outdoor parking is free, lockable garage 9.0/night. Use of the electric charging station is also available for an additional charge.
Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Yes, dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead. Please bring your own dog basket/blanket. No access to the bathing facilities. Price: 14.0/night without food on request.

Yes, use of the wellness area is included. Only massages and treatments are offered for an additional charge.
Yes. Booking as early as possible will secure your preferred appointment. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Children up to and including the age of 5 travel with us free of charge. We can provide cribs and cribs in almost every room (one-off charge of 10.0 for children up to and including 5 years). Baby monitors and high chairs are available. Childcare can be arranged on request.
Yes, the tourist tax of the city of Geestland is charged all year round and must be paid upon departure. It is applied from 18 years of age and is 3.0 per person in summer (April to September) and 1.5 per person in winter (October to March).
Cancellations are free of charge:
- 8 weeks before arrival for more than 15 rooms
- 6 weeks before arrival for 6-14 rooms
- 7 days before arrival for 3-5 rooms
- 3 days before arrival for 1-2 rooms
Special cancellation conditions may apply around the holidays. Cancellations must be made in writing. Services not used cannot be refunded. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
